Robots:
I found myself thinking about robots this week again, and actually thinking about how having a robot helper might be a good thing. If you ever watched the Jetsons TV show, they had a robot maid Rosey. As I was looking around my house this weekend trying to decide what to tackle first; work project, school assignments, laundry, housework... I realized how much a robot housekeeper would benefit me. How wonderful to have a clean house and clean clothes, all done while I was working on my work and assignments! So, I take back some of the negative things I said about robots, maybe they do have a place in our lives after all... Thoughts?
Yes please! A robot maid, especially one that likes to clean the bathrooms would be wonderful! :-)
ReplyDeleteOK, though if I want to try be critical of my thinking...why is it OK for them to do some jobs and not others? I wonder at what point I start to get uncomfortable? Maybe if I cleaned houses for a living I wouldn't like the idea of a robot maid? Am I OK with it because it wouldn't take away my livliehood?
